Because coffee is a perishable item, and your coffee was roasted to your order, we are unable to provide returns. However, if your order arrived damaged or there was an error with your order, we are happy to support you with this! Fill out our contact us form for support.

If for any reason your order is returned to the roastery by shipping carrier, we will contact you to resolve the shipping issue to ensure information is correct to resend your order.
